Butlin’s plans for Oktoberfest in Skegness as big weekend events announced


Butlins has announced over 22 major weekend events that will take place throughout the year, including Oktoberfest.

The Bavarian-themed festival, priced at £99 for three nights, promises an authentic weekend experience with live music, traditional German food and beer.

This will be the first time Oktoberfest has come to Butlins.

Starting in January, music events will take place with many options for people to choose from, such as a 70s themed party or other honoring soul and alternative music.

Some of the lineups include tribute bands to some of the world’s biggest artists including Madonna, Guns & Roses, Ed Sheeran and Queen, but the lineup also includes live performances by Tinchy Stryder, DJ Pied Piper, DJ Luck & McNeat, Pat Sharp, DJ Sammy, Artful Dodger and Sweet Female Attitude, and many more.

Although prices vary for each event, tickets include an opening night, silent disco, live comedy, pool parties and more.

  • Back to the 2000s from March 18 to 21

  • Absolute 80s Weekender May 6-9

  • Back to the 2000s from June 10 to 13

  • Sounds Of Summer Weekender will run June 17-20

  • Replay Weekender from June 24 to 27

  • 90s Reloaded September 9-12

  • Replay Weekender from September 16 to 19

  • Absolute 80s Weekend September 23-26

  • The Great British Alternative Music Festival will run from September 30 to October 3

  • Oktoberfest will take place from October 7 to 10

  • We Love the 70s will run October 14-17

  • Back to the 2000s from November 4 to 7

  • Soul Weekender will run from November 11-14

  • Ministry of Sound The Weekender will run from November 18-21

  • Absolute 80s Weekender November 25-28

  • 90s Reloaded December 2-5
