German techno icon Paul Kalkbrenner is on a creative tear after the pandemic, releasing the single Si Soy Fuego, selling several stand-alone shows across Europe, including the spectacular Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and topping the ranks of displays special sets at the Exit Festival and the FEST Festival in Poland.

After announcing his live show dates for episode one and episode two in Europe, with a new live concept and ‘Club 2021 Edit‘of Berlin call, Paul unveiled a series of North American tour dates in September in Austin, Montreal and San Diego. This is his first shows in the United States in over three years and his first show on the West Coast since presenting his Back To The Future concept in 2017.

Starting on Friday, September 24 in Montreal, the tour begins at ÃŽleSoniq Redux in Parc Jean-Drapeau alongside Deadmau5, Rezz, and more. Paul will be among one of the first artists to perform at Austin’s newest seven-acre venue, The Concourse Project, on Saturday, September 25, which will see an opening of Kölsch. It will end the weekend at CRSSD Festival in San Diego on Sunday, September 26 with a sunset show on the waterfront live stage.

With a catalog that includes eight albums, over 137 individual tracks and numerous remixes, Paul is one of the unique electronic artists who can deliver the ebb and flow of a dancefloor journey using only his own music.

His transcendent live performances saw Paul break through the barriers of traditional electronic music, headlining festivals and arena stages usually reserved for rockstars. He was the first techno artist to play tomorrow‘s typically commercial main stage, and was invited by the German Federal Government to perform at 400,000 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
