The Pulaski County Fair, billed as the county’s first in over 100 years, will be held at Riverfront Park on the Little Rock north side of the Arkansas River. The music starts at 7 p.m. today with Willy D’s dueling pianos play an on-demand program on the NLR City Parks Scene. Singing at the same time is encouraged.
