The moment Xbox fans have been waiting for has finally arrived, the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase. After receiving disappointing news about star field and Redfall’s delay, we have a pretty good idea of the future of the Xbox Series S|X.
Xbox and Bethesda had a lot to show
PlayStation silenced the haters with their recent State of Play presentation, and immediately gamers looked at Xbox and said you were next. On Sunday (June 12), the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase stepped in and featured a LOT OF GAMES, 33 to be exact. Of course, it was appropriate enough Xbox opened and closed the storefront with red fall and star field.

While Arkane Austin red fall was not at the top of the list of games that many gamers were looking for, there is a strong contingency of gamers who were unhappy that the game was delayed. Outside of the first reveal trailer we saw during a previous Xbox showcase, we weren’t sure exactly what to expect from the game so far.
red fall launched the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase with its first-person shooter action that will see players control four characters with different skills to take on an army of vampires solo or with a friend. Many could not help noticing left for dead vibes red fall gives, but Akrane studio head Harvey Smith assured IGN“We decided to do the most ambitious thing possible.”
The game releases in 2023. An exact release date has not been revealed.
Finally, Starfield gameplay
Of the 33 announcements, Xbox saved the baby from Bethesda, star field, for the end and gave Todd Howard a full 15 minutes to talk about Xbox’s highly anticipated game.
Until Sunday, we only had a CGI trailer and some screenshots. We finally have an idea of how Starfield will play and look.
From what we have seen, star field gives us Mass Effect, To falland Skyrim vibes. Players will be able to create their own character and even their own ship which they can pilot and land on any planet of their choice. star field sounds super ambitious, and Xbox is banking on this game. We hope it lives up to the hype when it arrives in 2023.
The future of Xbox and Bethesda is bright
